K-12 Teacher Professional Development Opportunity: Zora Neale Hurston and Her Eatonville Roots

This summer, the Florida Humanities Council will offer "Jump at the Sun: Zora Neale Hurston and her Eatonville Roots”—a workshop on the life and works of the respected author and anthropologist. The experience will take place in Florida in/around her hometown of Eatonville. 

This program is open to all K-12 educators in the United States. 

This tuition-free opportunity will take place in July 2017 (there are 2 separate offerings to choose from). Participants will receive a stipend to offset their travel, lodging, and meal expenses.
