Pay Section Dues—All Sections at a Glance

Annual dues are critical to supporting section activities, like publications, prizes, sponsored lectures and travel stipends.

You must have a current membership -- as an AFS member or as a free Sections Only member -- to add or renew AFS Sections. Please join or renew your membership before you add or renew Sections.

You may submit your section dues at the same time that you create or renew your AFS membership—you will have an opportunity to add section dues before submitting your membership dues payment.

Alternatively, AFS members may still pay section dues at any time in the online store. For more, see FAQ: Sections.

If you are a new section member, AFS staff will add you to the group when your payment is processed; allow up to one week for AFS to process your payment and section request.

This page provides a one-page view of AFS sections in the online store. You can also add sections by going directly to the online store, which you will find in Member Services.
